I think it really was magic that we got there early and fast.. as fast as 30 minutes from Makati to Laguna.  Even though I was late, we still were able to get a ride early and get there early.. and get our tickets early (the woman who manages the shuttle rides also sells tickets.. same price), and get in early (because we already had tickets). and so why my first shots of the park (inside) don't have that much people.

We passed by them going to the Flying Fiesta, and I cannot just pass by these cuties.. their photos' need to be taken.  I wasn't able to take a shot of every kids' rides though or every rides and every cute corners of the park, the walkways, the fountain, the flowers and the sky.  In our next visit, I'll give them all my time.

We didn't try their stir fried rice because our friend saw their serving's too small for a hungry man.  You cannot feed an adult with baby servings you know.. and so we chose the angus burger with really nice fries and sprite.

But I can't say that I live in the city because Taytay probably is not a city, but I think it's getting there, maybe in 10 years?  It's near the city.. like 30 minutes near.. and no, there are no farms, although a little bit mountain, yeah.  But I do work in the city, and I've been working in the city for years.  And I can not imagine working somewhere with no tall buildings, uber hot environment because less trees, and the traffic, I learned to live with it.. but not love it.

Because all the people we invited we're allll busy with their lives, we thought why not just the three of us?!  It would be so much fun, and it definitely was so fucking amazing!  If only the lines weren't that long, we could have gotten to all the rides, but the place was so packed that day.. yesterday!  And I do think we must go back and experience all the baby rides.  :>

That is not an exaggeration when I said "one of the best lunch breaks we've ever had!" because this really was one of the best.  And yes, you can tell that we don't get to experience super great food (that is super expensive -- no matter, we didn't pay for it) that much, and we thank the birthday boy for bringing us to that uber awesome Thai restaurant.  But no, I'm not going to mention the name, but they're located in Greenbelt.. and no, this is not a food review.

So I'll just post them awesome photos and let them tell the story..

The first time I saw this portrait of a man and a baby, I was amused, but I was also a little confused why it was hanged on that season.. it was last year, when we were decorating for Halloween.  So I was admiring it when I noticed it changed!  They transformed into a terrifying scene!

Apparently, the guy is a monster!  He's a blood-sucking vampire!  And the baby looks as terrifying as the vampire!

I'm gonna go back to the 5th of February in the year 2014.. yeah, a few months we went to Mt. Pinatubo -- an active volcano in Tarlac.. actually it covers 3 provinces; Zambales, Tarlac and Pampanga.  Its last eruption was in 1991 which produced the second largest terrestrial eruption of the 20th century, according to Wikipedia.

What can you do when the sea is so mean to you?

Nothing.. there's nothing you can do when you're in the middle of the sea while its huge waves are hitting you and your boat.  There's nothing you can do but to hold tight and pray that everyone lands safely.  

This is the story of our trip from the Calaguas Island -- we left the island as early as 11am because we have a loooong journey going back home; 10 hours including the boat ride.  The sun was scorching hot on the first hour of crossing the sea, but it rained really hard which resulted the huge waves.  We didn't expect that or maybe the boatmen did, that's why they were in a bit hurry to get us back to the mainland.

That's what I think is this dog's saying in his head while I was taking a picture of him.  I think he loves the attention, and that's what I like about this dog.  He didn't give me the kind of look that would back me out.. instead, he did that head-swaying "I can feel it" face like in the commercial.  Or maybe he was just about to scratch his head..? I can't remember.  :>
